Tell me what is getting in the way

You do not need a finished brief. The easiest way to start is often just to pick up the phone and have a chat — or send a short email about what you are trying to achieve, what currently feels difficult or unclear and where the work appears to be getting stuck. I am always happy to talk something through, even if it turns out the right next step sits outside my area.

Get in touch

Call or email — whatever suits you. I would genuinely rather have a quick, no-pressure conversation than receive a perfectly worded enquiry.

I usually reply within a couple of working days — and I am happy to pick up the phone.

Wondering about cost? My rates and availability are set out openly on the About page.

A helpful first message might include

  • What you are trying to achieve
  • What currently feels difficult, slow or unclear
  • Who is involved
  • Whether there is an existing project, deadline or decision point

None of it is essential — if it is easier to just call and talk it through, please do.
